Email support@silvapeaklabs.com. Tell us what you were doing and, if a recipe came out wrong, include the link to the original video. On any recipe you can tap Report. The app copies the source link and the recipe details to your clipboard so you can paste them into your email. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Delete your account

1. Open Reels2Recipes and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away. This cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that separately using the steps below.

Cancel your subscription

1. On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap Reels2Recipes, then Cancel Subscription.

You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. To cancel a free trial without being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore purchases

If you subscribed and the app does not show your subscription, for example on a new phone, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Then open Reels2Recipes, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.

For creators

If a recipe in Reels2Recipes was made from your video and you want it removed, email support@silvapeaklabs.com with the link to your original post. We will remove the stored copy and related text promptly.
